• All combinations of Head Form are available

A full Design Capability is available along with a choice of materials. This includes Mild Steel, Boron and High Tensile Steels, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Alloys of Aluminium and Phosphor Bronze.

All items can be offered in commercially available finishes.

An additional capability further enhances our ability. This is to offer our customers solutions to their fastener problems, which may be dependent on situational environments.

Our manufacturing tolerances and product dimensions are tightly controlled to relevant British Standards, ISO or customers’ own specific standards. We are also fully supported by Quality Approvals from major customers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Military, Commercial, Medical and Electronic sectors.

Supply arrangements can be specifically tailored to customers’ requirements, schedules, Kan Ban, JIT, Consignment etc.

Services and Advice

We adapt a flexible and professional approach, freely offering help and advice within the manufacturing requirement, whether it be a query about using the correct material for a specific application, or help with the development of a prototype item.

We are set up to manufacture and offer our customers a diverse choice in the quantity of ordered items. This can range from as few pieces as 1,000 up to as many as 1,000,000 or more.
